Store Policy
RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, (excluding shipping and handling fees) for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returns made after 14 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at: info@apfragrance.com. Without exception, the item must be in its original packaging, be in perfect condition, and include the original packing slip. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt until the credit is issued. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION International Orders: We do not ship outside of the United States. Shipping Time: Delivery time will vary depending upon your geographic location, order date and holiday periods. Typically, we ship within 48 hours. We ship from Massachusetts. Orders are not processed over weekends and holidays.
PAYMENT OPTIONS Advanced Products accepts Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your credit card information into our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. We do not accept personal checks or requests for C.O.D.
SALES TAX Advanced Products will charge sales tax, as required by law, for orders purchased within and/or shipped to Massachusetts. No sales tax will be applied to addresses in other states.
